As well as creating custom search queries, you can use the available filters to refine your results. Filters are designed to help you narrow your search and find more specific information.
Avoid using filters if you prefer to keep your search broad and include a wider range of results.
The filter section has several filters in it:
Date range
Use to identify the start and the end date of your search.

Content Types -
Select the required Content Types
Language
Select the required language or use the search function to find it.
Tip: If you select "Spanish" as the language, the results will include information from all Spanish-speaking countries. To narrow down the results to a specific country, please be sure to specify the desired country in the "Country" field below.
Platform
Use to select the required Platform to define your search. By default, results from all platforms are shown.
The table below shows which Content Types are available on each Platform. Some Platforms donβt support certain Content Types. For example, if you choose "Video" with "Facebook," you wonβt get any results because we donβt collect videos from Facebook.

Country
Select the country or countries of the source origin.
Tip: Use the Country and Language filters together to refine your search results. For example, selecting Language: Russian and Country: Germany will display content from sources located in Germany that produce content in Russian.
Actor group
Use to find groups of actors that have already been created by you or users from your workspace.
Tip: you can view the available Actor Groups by navigating to the "Actor Groups" page through the side menu.
Actor
Use to identify a specific source or sources.
Tip: you can view the available Actors by navigating to the "Actors" page through the side menu.
High Risk Accounts
The High Risk Accounts section includes the following types of account classifications:
Inauthentic behavior
Use this option if you want to see results shared by actors exhibiting inauthentic behavior, such as bots.
State-affiliated
Use this if you want to determine whether individual actors or actor groups are affiliated with a specific country or countries.
Sentiment
Use the sentiment filter (Positive, Neutral, or Negative) to refine your search based on the tone of the content.
Make sure to press Apply to start your search -

Save search results as a Case
To save your search results as a Case for further processing, click -
Provide a Name and Description for the Case. Once saved, the Case will be accessible from the Cases page, which can be opened via the side menu.
Stories
The Stories feature is designed to enhance big data analysis. The system analyzes all the messages in the Case and groups them into Stories, considering their semantic similarity, for example:
- Group together messages that are reposts or variations of an original message
- Cluster messages that express similar opinions about a specific event
- Combine messages that cover the same event or narrative into a single story
Toggle the switcher to the on position if you want to create stories out of the content.
