The Overview page is the first of four pages of the Case, which allows you to draw preliminary conclusions about the data collected inside.
Summary
The first widget displays metrics for publications and actors collected in the case, according to your settings.

-
Actors
Here you can see the total number of actors in the case and their distribution by actors with specific statuses. You can click on any actor status and view a pop-up with details about who exactly is in this group and what content they distributed within your case.
- Influential actors are those who have more than 100,000 followers. This status is not an indicator of their maliciousness, rather indicates their influence
- State-affiliated actors are those affiliated with a particular state. This status does not necessarily indicate that they are malicious, but in some cases, it may be so. For example, this status may be held by the official Facebook page of a government agency, or it may be held by a Telegram channel of an EU-sanctioned media outlet for spreading state propaganda
- Manipulative accounts are all accounts that have been observed engaging in malicious activity, such as spreading information threats, being subject to official sanctions in any country, or being mentioned in public investigations as members of hacktivist groups.
- Inauthentic accounts are statuses assigned to actors who demonstrate signs of inauthentic activity in the comment sections, or, in simpler terms, “social bots.”
-
Publications
This widget displays the total number of publications and their distribution by type.
- Original Posts - original posts from one or more social networks (TG, FB, X, VK)
- Reposts - reposts of posts that match case search parameters, as keywords, filters, period (TG, FB, X, VK)
- Media Articles - publications on websites
- Comments - user publications in comment sections that match case search parameters. Currently, we collect them for FB, TG, X
- Chat Messages - user comments in chats that match case search parameters. At the moment, we collect them on Telegram only
- Videos - transcripts extracted from video content from YouTube and/or TikTok.
-
Views
This metric displays the number of views for all content in the case. We collect this metric everywhere it’s available, so we don't have it for Websites, X, and Facebook.
-
Reactions
The metric displays the total number of reactions for the content in the case and their distribution by type
- Comments - the total number of comments left by users under posts and reposts collected in the case
- Reposts - the total number of reposts made for all content in the case (TG, FB, X)
- Likes - the total number of likes left by users on posts and reposts in the case (TG, FB, X).
The earliest message in case
This is the very first message in the case, according to the specified parameters. If the case period coincides with the start of the information attack, this is the primary source of the attack.
Message distribution
This is a bubble chart that provides a preliminary visualization based on the data within the case. The larger the bubble, the more influential it is. The size is calculated based on the number of messages in the group, the number of views, and reactions. Each bubble is clickable; you can click on it to see which messages it contains. There are three types:
-
By stories
Each bubble displays one story (a group of posts collected by the AI model based on similarity) and its sentiment.
-
By country
Displays the countries in which the actors who distributed the message operate.
-
By platform
Displays the platforms on which the message was distributed.
Evolution
-
General distribution
This chart displays the distribution of data from the case by date. It has three layers and additional filters.

- Messages - displays distribution by number of messages during the case period. The graph shows spikes that may indicate increased activity and be a sign of both inorganic behavior and organic trend propagation.
- Views - displays the distribution of views of messages from the case. Compared to the first graph, you can draw valuable conclusions about the actual popularity of certain groups of messages
- Reaction - shows the distribution of user reactions (likes, reposts, and comments) to posts in the case study.
-
Country
The chart contains additional filters in the upper right corner of the widget for sorting data.

- Platform - distribution of messages/views/reactions by platform
- Country - distribution of messages/views/reactions by country
- Actor Group - distribution of messages/views/reactions by actor group (if they are existing in your workspace)
-
Day
Also, the chart contains additional filters in the upper right corner for sorting data per specific period.
